Why ProVR?

Traditional safety training can tell workers what to do. It doesn't always make them experience why it matters.

Illustration of workers passively attending a classroom safety presentation

Passive learning

Workers listen to safety procedures without experiencing the situations those procedures are designed to prevent.

Illustration of an industrial worker slipping on a spill

Low engagement and retention

Repeated classroom sessions can become routine — particularly for frontline and contract workforces.

Traditional Training

  • Inconsistent training
  • Poor retention
  • Low engagement
  • Trainer dependency
  • Limited scalability
  • Weak assessment

A Modern Training System

  • Immersive learning
  • Standardized delivery
  • Integrated assessments
  • Scalable deployment
  • Measurable outcomes
  • Certification-ready

ProVR closes this engagement and verification gap by turning safety scenarios into immersive learning experiences — followed by assessment and reporting.

— How ProVR works

From Incident to Immersive Learning

TheProVRLearn-from-incident Approach

Each VR video module (~5-7 mins) is structured into three parts:

  1. 01VR re-creation of an electrical arc-flash hazard at a high-voltage inverter

    Experience the hazard

    “This can happen to me.”

The learner experiences the hazard or incident from a first-person perspective.

  2. 02VR incident aftermath with injured worker, responder and emergency services

    Understand what went wrong

    “What went wrong?”

The experience breaks down the decisions, actions and unsafe practices that led to the incident.

  3. 03VR screen showing the correct respirator PPE options for the task

    Learn the correct protocol

    “What should I have done?”

The learner is shown the correct safety procedures, PPE and actions that could have prevented the incident.
