ABOUT PROLEARNER

Building the infrastructure for workforce readiness.

Prolearner is a design-led Industrial EdTech company creating technology-enabled learning solutions for industrial workforces.

We combine learning design, pedagogy, technology and assessment to turn complex industrial knowledge into engaging, measurable and scalable learning experiences.

We create scalable learning solutions for frontline, supervisory and shop-floor teams across infrastructure, heavy engineering, petrochemicals and energy — supporting safer work, stronger operational readiness and measurable learning outcomes.

WHY PROLEARNER EXISTS

Training should prepare people for reality — not just the classroom.

Industrial training often stops at attendance.

A worker attends a session, watches a presentation, answers a few questions and is marked as trained. But being present in a training room does not necessarily mean being ready for the shop floor.

Prolearner was founded in 2019 to bridge this gap between classroom theory and high-stakes operational reality.

We saw that conventional training struggled with three fundamental problems.

01

Engagement

Workers are often told what to do rather than given the opportunity to experience why it matters.

02

Retention

Information delivered passively is difficult to remember when workers need to act under real operational conditions.

03

Verification

Training completion does not tell an organization whether an individual worker is actually ready to perform correctly.

We set out to make industrial learning more engaging, practical, measurable and scalable.

Our Approach

We Are Not Just a Technology Company.

Training is a behaviour, engagement, and retention challenge — not just a content or technology problem.

01

User-Centered Design

Experience design focused on ease of understanding and learner engagement.

02

Instructional Design

Built around pedagogy, adult learning principles and measurable outcomes.

03

Cutting-Edge Technology

VR, AR, simulation, interactives, AI and scalable digital learning systems.

04

Focused on Industrial Training

Purpose-built for high-risk operational and industrial workforce environments.

— What we believe

We believe learning happens when people engage with the problem.

Our work brings together four disciplines.

Learning Design

We start with the learning outcome, not the technology.

User-Centered Design

Learning experiences are designed around the people who actually use them — from frontline workers to trainers and managers.

Technology

We use the right technology for the learning problem — from VR and interactive 3D to e-learning, mobile experiences, video and physical learning games.

Measurement

Assessment, reporting and learner data help organizations understand what was delivered and what was learned.

Technology is the enabler. Learning is the objective.
